FAQs
Who are you? I’ve never heard of WickedTicket.net.
We are affiliates of Ticket Network, a ticket company based in Connecticut. We specialize in Wicked tickets and we often have hard-to-find tickets for sold out shows. All of our tickets come from individual ticket sellers who have listed their tickets on a ticket exchange. Therefore, we don’t actually have the tickets in our possession, we are only listing them on our site.
How do you have tickets that are not yet available for public sale?
We get all of our inventory from Ticket Network. Sometimes Ticket Network is able to acquire presale or premium tickets. In cases like these we may have certain tickets available before they are officially available to the public.
The ticket listing says the tickets “can be emailed” or are “will call” – do I have to pay the shipping fee?
Usually, if the tickets are “will call” or “emailable,” the ticket seller (all our tickets come from individual sellers) will refund the shipping charge. The shipping charge is automatically programmed into the check-out, however, so you will have to pay it up front and then have the ticket seller refund the charge (you will be given the ticket seller’s contact information after you check out).
I don’t see the seat numbers listed – can you tell me what they are?
If the seat numbers aren’t listed, it means the ticket seller has not provided them. Unfortunately, if the seat numbers are not listed, there is no way for us to find out what they are.
Are the ticket prices per ticket?
Yes, the price that is listed represents the price for one ticket before shipping and service fees are applied.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept any of the four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). We do not accept checks.
I don’t feel safe ordering my tickets online. Can I order by phone?
We only accept orders online. In fact, it’s actually safer to order online – we don’t keep any of your personal information and it becomes encrypted when you purchase the tickets. You can learn more about our security by visiting our security page.
Are the ticket prices negotiable?
Unfortunately, no. Because all our tickets are actually from individual sellers, they’re the ones who set the prices and thus, we do not have the authority to change them.
The event I want to purchase tickets for is coming up soon. Will I get my tickets in time?
Yes, our shipping options are designed so that you will receive your tickets before the show. In some cases, you may have to pay for express shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a receipt after your credit card has been charged. Your receipt will include details on how to track your order and thus, you should print it for your records. The receipt will also give you the information about the individual ticket broker who has sold you the tickets.
Do you buy tickets?
No, we only sell tickets. If you’re interested in selling tickets, you can sell them through Ticket Network.
I don’t want my tickets, how do I refund them?
Normally there are no refunds once you have purchased the tickets. However, you can try and negotiate with the seller who sold you the tickets (you are given their contact information after you purchase the tickets). If you cannot get in contact with the seller, you can call Ticket Network directly at 866-459-9233. Because we aren’t the ones actually selling the tickets, WickedTicket.net does not have the ability to grant refunds.
