Donna Vivino has joined the national tour of Wicked.  She will play Elphaba starting November 5th at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis.  

According to one writer who had seen a press preview of the show (and saw Donna Vivino sing “The Wizard and I” and “For Good”), Donna Vivino’s addition to the tour is “good news.”

Vivino has previously appeared in Les Miserables (when she was just 8 years old) and in the Broadway companies of Hairspray, Saturday Night Fever and Fame Becomes Me.

The Wicked tour will run in Minneapolis from November 5 – December 7th and will then move on to Detroit from December 10th to January 4th.
